Gabriel

Gabriel has been teaching yoga in Finland for over 10 years in Helsinki. He has been certified as ERYT500 Yoga Teacher. Through Gabriel's kind and professional approach to the teaching of yoga and with his wide experience in therapeutics, you'll find this class both fun and informative. Gabriel's class is taught primarily in English, but he also speaks Finnish very well and will help you understand all instructions in a way that is easy for you to follow.
